سورة التوبة، الآية ٨٧Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 87 (9:87)
رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٨٧
The meaning in English
They are content to be with those (the women) who sit behind (at home). Their hearts are sealed up (from all kinds of goodness and right guidance), so they understand not.

التفسير الميسر
رضي هؤلاء المنافقون لأنفسهم بالعار، وهو أن يقعدوا في البيوت مع النساء والصبيان وأصحاب الأعذار، وختم الله على قلوبهم؛ بسبب نفاقهم وتخلفهم عن الجهاد والخروج مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في سبيل الله، فهم لا يفقهون ما فيه صلاحهم ورشادهم
