سورة التوبة، الآية ٦٢Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 62 (9:62)
يَحۡلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمۡ لِيُرۡضُوكُمۡ وَٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَحَقُّ أَن يُرۡضُوهُ إِن كَانُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ ٦٢
The meaning in English
They swear by Allâh to you (Muslims) in order to please you, but it is more fitting that they should please Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), if they are believers.

يحلف المنافقون الأيمان الكاذبة، ويقدمون الأعذار الملفقة؛ ليُرضُوا المؤمنين، والله ورسوله أحق وأولى أن يُرضُوهما بالإيمان بهما وطاعتهما، إن كانوا مؤمنين حقًا
