سورة التوبة، الآية ٥٨Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 58 (9:58)
وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَلۡمِزُكَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَإِنۡ أُعۡطُواْ مِنۡهَا رَضُواْ وَإِن لَّمۡ يُعۡطَوۡاْ مِنۡهَآ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡخَطُونَ ٥٨
The meaning in English
And of them are some who accuse you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) in the matter of (the distribution of) the alms. If they are given part thereof, they are pleased, but if they are not given thereof, behold! They are enraged!

ومن المنافقين مَن يعيبك في قسمة الصدقات، فإن نالهم نصيب منها رضوا وسكتوا، وإن لم يصبهم حظ منها سخطوا عليك وعابوك
