سورة التوبة، الآية ٣٢Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 32 (9:32)
يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطۡفِـُٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَيَأۡبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ ٣٢
The meaning in English
They (the disbelievers, the Jews and the Christians) want to extinguish Allâh’s Light (with which Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم has been sent - Islâmic Monotheism) with their mouths, but Allâh will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kâfirûn (disbelievers) hate (it).

التفسير الميسر
يريد الكفار بتكذيبهم أن يبطلوا دين الإسلام، ويبطلوا حجج الله وبراهينه على توحيده الذي جاء به محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويأبى الله إلا أن يتم دينه ويظهره، ويعلي كلمته، ولو كره ذلك الجاحدون
