سورة التوبة، الآية ٣Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 3 (9:3)
وَأَذَٰنٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَجِّ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَرِىٓءٌ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُۥ فَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَهُوَ خَيۡرٌ لَّكُمۡ وَإِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمۡ غَيۡرُ مُعۡجِزِى ٱللَّهِ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ٣
The meaning in English
And a declaration from Allâh and His Messenger to mankind on the greatest day (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah - the 12th month of Islâmic calendar) that Allâh is free from (all) obligations to the Mushrikûn (See V.2:105) and so is His Messenger. So if you (Mushrikûn ) repent, it is better for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh. And give tidings (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) of a painful torment to those who disbelieve.

التفسير الميسر
وإعلام من الله ورسوله وإنذار إلى الناس يوم النحر أن الله بريء من المشركين، ورسوله بريء منهم كذلك. فإن رجعتم -أيها المشركون- إلى الحق وتركتم شرككم فهو خير لكم، وإن أعرضتم عن قَبول الحق وأبيتم الدخول في دين الله فاعلموا أنكم لن تُفْلِتوا من عذاب الله. وأنذر -أيها الرسول- هؤلاء المعرضين عن الإسلام عذاب الله الموجع
