سورة التوبة، الآية ١٣Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 13 (9:13)
أَلَا تُقَٰتِلُونَ قَوۡمًا نَّكَثُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَهُمۡ وَهَمُّواْ بِإِخۡرَاجِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَهُم بَدَءُوكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ أَتَخۡشَوۡنَهُمۡ فَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخۡشَوۡهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ ١٣
The meaning in English
Will you not fight a people who have violated their oaths (pagans of Makkah), and intended to expel the Messenger while they did attack you first? Do you fear them? Allâh has more right that you should fear Him if you are believers.

التفسير الميسر
لا تترددوا في قتال هؤلاء القوم الذين نقضوا عهودهم، وعملوا على إخراج الرسول من (مكة)، وهم الذين بدؤوا بإيذائكم أول الأمر، أتخافونهم أو تخافون ملاقاتهم في الحرب؟ فالله أحق أن تخافوه إن كنتم مؤمنين حقًا
