سورة التحريم، الآية ١٢Surah At-Tahrim, ayah 12 (66:12)
وَمَرۡيَمَ ٱبۡنَتَ عِمۡرَٰنَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَحۡصَنَتۡ فَرۡجَهَا فَنَفَخۡنَا فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِنَا وَصَدَّقَتۡ بِكَلِمَٰتِ رَبِّهَا وَكُتُبِهِۦ وَكَانَتۡ مِنَ ٱلۡقَٰنِتِينَ ١٢
The meaning in English
And Maryam (Mary), the daughter of ‘Imrân who guarded her chastity. And We breathed into (the sleeve of her shirt or her garment) through Our Rûh [i.e. Jibrîl (Gabriel)], and she testified to the truth of the Words of her Lord [i.e. believed in the Words of Allâh: "Be!" - and he was; that is ‘Îsâ (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) as a Messenger of Allâh], and (also believed in) His Scriptures, and she was of the Qânitûn (i.e. obedient to Allâh).

وضرب الله مثلا للذين آمنوا مريم بنت عمران التي حفظت فرجها، وصانته عن الزنى، فأمر الله تعالى جبريل عليه السلام أن ينفخ في جيب قميصها، فوصلت النفخة إلى رحمها، فحملت بعيسى عليه السلام، وصدَّقت بكلمات ربها، وعملت بشرائعه التي شرعها لعباده، وكتبه المنزلة على رسله، وكانت من المطيعين له
