سورة المنافقون، الآية ٧Surah Al-Munafiqun, ayah 7 (63:7)
هُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنفِقُواْ عَلَىٰ مَنۡ عِندَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ حَتَّىٰ يَنفَضُّواْ وَلِلَّهِ خَزَآئِنُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٧
The meaning in English
They are the ones who say: "Spend not on those who are with Allâh’s Messenger, until they desert him." And to Allâh belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites comprehend not.

التفسير الميسر
هؤلاء المنافقون هم الذين يقولون لأهل "المدينة": لا تنفقوا على أصحاب رسول الله من المهاجرين حتى يتفرقوا عنه. ولله وحده خزائن السموات والأرض وما فيهما من أرزاق، يعطيها من يشاء ويمنعها عمَّن يشاء، ولكن المنافقين ليس لديهم فقه ولا ينفعهم ذلك
