سورة الصف، الآية ٥Surah As-Saf, ayah 5 (61:5)
وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ لِمَ تُؤۡذُونَنِى وَقَد تَّعۡلَمُونَ أَنِّى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيۡكُمۡ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓاْ أَزَاغَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمۡ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ ٥
The meaning in English
And (remember) when Mûsâ (Moses) said to his people: "O my people! Why do you annoy me while you know certainly that I am the Messenger of Allâh to you? So when they turned away (from the Path of Allâh), Allâh turned their hearts away (from the Right Path). And Allâh guides not the people who are Fâsiqûn (the rebellious, the disobedient to Allâh).

التفسير الميسر
واذكر لقومك -أيها الرسول- حين قال نبي الله موسى عليه السلام لقومه: لِمَ تؤذونني بالقول والفعل، وأنتم تعلمون أني رسول الله إليكم؟ فلما عدلوا عن الحق مع علمهم به، وأصرُّوا على ذلك، صرف الله قلوبهم عن قَبول الهداية؛ عقوبة لهم على زيغهم الذي اختاروه لأنفسهم. والله لا يهدي القوم الخارجين عن الطاعة ومنهاج الحق
