سورة الأنعام، الآية ١١٤Surah Al-An'am, ayah 114 (6:114)
أَفَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَبۡتَغِى حَكَمًا وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مُفَصَّلًا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُۥ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ ١١٤
The meaning in English
[Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)] "Shall I seek a judge other than Allâh while it is He Who has sent down unto you the Book (the Qur’ân), explained in detail." Those unto whom We gave the Scripture [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] know that it is revealed from your Lord in truth. So be not you of those who doubt.

قل -أيها الرسول- لهؤلاء المشركين: أغير الله إلهي وإلهكم أطلب حَكَمًا بيني وبينكم، وهو سبحانه الذي أنزل إليكم القرآن مبينًا فيه الحكم فيما تختصمون فيه من أمري وأمركم؟ وبنو إسرائيل الذين آتاهم الله التوراة والإنجيل يعلمون علمًا يقينًا أن هذا القرآن منزل عليك -أيها الرسول- من ربك بالحق، فلا تكونن من الشاكِّين في شيء مما أوحينا إليك
