سورة القمر، الآية ١٢Surah Al-Qamar, ayah 12 (54:12)
وَفَجَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ عُيُونًا فَٱلۡتَقَى ٱلۡمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرٍ قَدۡ قُدِرَ ١٢
The meaning in English
And We caused springs to gush forth from the earth. So the waters (of the heaven and the earth) met for a matter predestined.

فأجبنا دعاءه، ففتحنا أبواب السماء بماء كثير متدفق، وشققنا الأرض عيونًا متفجرة بالماء، فالتقى ماء السماء وماء الأرض على إهلاكهم الذي قدَّره الله لهم؛ جزاء شركهم
