سورة المائدة، الآية ٨٢Surah Al-Ma'idah, ayah 82 (5:82)

لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ ٱلنَّاسِ عَدَٰوَةً لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلۡيَهُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقۡرَبَهُم مَّوَدَّةً لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا نَصَٰرَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهۡبَانًا وَأَنَّهُمۡ لَا يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ ٨٢

The meaning in English

Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikûn and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.

التفسير الميسر

لتجدنَّ -أيها الرسول- أشدَّ الناس عداوة للذين صدَّقوك وآمنوا بك واتبعوك، اليهودَ؛ لعنادهم، وجحودهم، وغمطهم الحق، والذين أشركوا مع الله غيره، كعبدة الأوثان وغيرهم، ولتجدنَّ أقربهم مودة للمسلمين الذين قالوا: إنا نصارى، ذلك بأن منهم علماء بدينهم متزهدين وعبَّادًا في الصوامع متنسكين، وأنهم متواضعون لا يستكبرون عن قَبول الحق، وهؤلاء هم الذين قبلوا رسالة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وآمنوا بها
