سورة الفتح، الآية ١٤Surah Al-Fath, ayah 14 (48:14)
وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ١٤
The meaning in English
And to Allâh belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills, and punishes whom He wills. And Allâh is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

ولله ملك السموات والأرض وما فيهما، يتجاوز برحمته عمن يشاء فيستر ذنبه، ويعذِّب بعدله من يشاء. وكان الله سبحانه وتعالى غفورًا لمن تاب إليه، رحيمًا به
