سورة محمد، الآية ١٩Surah Muhammad, ayah 19 (47:19)
فَٱعۡلَمۡ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۢبِكَ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمۡ وَمَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ ١٩
The meaning in English
So know (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) that, Lâ ilâha illallâh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women. And Allâh knows well your moving about, and your place of rest (in your homes).

فاعلم -أيها النبي- أنه لا معبود بحق إلا الله، واستغفر لذنبك، واستغفر للمؤمنين والمؤمنات. والله يعلم تصرفكم في يقظتكم نهارًا، ومستقركم في نومكم ليلا
