سورة محمد، الآية ١٠Surah Muhammad, ayah 10 (47:10)
أَفَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ دَمَّرَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ أَمۡثَٰلُهَا ١٠
The meaning in English
Have they not travelled through the earth, and seen what was the end of those before them? Allâh destroyed them completely, and a similar (fate awaits) the disbelievers.

أفلم يَسِرْ هؤلاء الكفار في أرض الله معتبرين بما حلَّ بالأمم المكذبة قبلهم من العقاب؟ دمَّر الله عليهم ديارهم، وللكافرين أمثال تلك العاقبة التي حلت بتلك الأمم
