سورة الأحقاف، الآية ٣٢Surah Al-Ahqaf, ayah 32 (46:32)
وَمَن لَّا يُجِبۡ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَيۡسَ بِمُعۡجِزٍ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَيۡسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوۡلِيَآءُ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ ٣٢
The meaning in English
And whosoever does not respond to Allâh’s Caller, he cannot escape on earth, and there will be no Auliyâ’ (lords, helpers, supporters, protectors) for him besides Allâh (from Allâh’s punishment). Those are in manifest error.

ومن لا يُجِبْ رسول الله إلى ما دعا إليه فليس بمعجز الله في الأرض إذا أراد عقوبته، وليس له من دون الله أنصار يمنعونه من عذابه، أولئك في ذَهاب واضح عن الحق
