سورة الجاثية، الآية ٥Surah Al-Jathiyah, ayah 5 (45:5)
وَٱخۡتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن رِّزۡقٍ فَأَحۡيَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَا وَتَصۡرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوۡمٍ يَعۡقِلُونَ ٥
The meaning in English
And in the alternation of night and day, and the provision (rain) that Allâh sends down from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death, and in the turning about of the winds (i.e. sometimes towards the east or north, and sometimes towards the south or west sometimes bringing glad tidings of rain etc., and sometimes bringing the torment), are signs for a people who understand.

وفي اختلاف الليل والنار وتعاقبهما عليكم وما أنزل الله من السماء من مطر، فأحيا به الأرض بعد يُبْسها، فاهتزت بالنبات والزرع، وفي تصريف الرياح لكم من جميع الجهات وتصريفها لمنافعكم، أدلةٌ وحججٌ لقوم يعقلون عن الله حججه وأدلته
