سورة الشورى، الآية ١٧Surah Ash-Shuraa, ayah 17 (42:17)
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ قَرِيبٌ ١٧
The meaning in English
It is Allâh Who has sent down the Book (the Qur’ân) in truth, and the Balance (i.e. to act justly). And what can make you know that perhaps the Hour is close at hand?

الله الذي أنزل القرآن وسائر الكتب المنزلة بالصدق، وأنزل الميزان وهو العدل؛ ليحكم بين الناس بالإنصاف. وأي شيء يدريك ويُعْلمك لعل الساعة التي تقوم فيها القيامة قريب؟
