سورة النساء، الآية ٨٩Surah An-Nisa, ayah 89 (4:89)

وَدُّواْ لَوۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَآءً فَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَخُذُوهُمۡ وَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡ حَيۡثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا ٨٩

The meaning in English

They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold of) them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.

التفسير الميسر

تمنَّى المنافقون لكم أيها المؤمنون، لو تنكرون حقيقة ما آمنت به قلوبكم، مثلما أنكروه بقلوبهم، فتكونون معهم في الإنكار سواء، فلا تتخذوا منهم أصفياء لكم، حتى يهاجروا في سبيل الله، برهانًا على صدق إيمانهم، فإن أعرضوا عما دعوا إليه، فخذوهم أينما كانوا واقتلوهم، ولا تتخذوا منهم وليّاً من دون الله ولا نصيرًا تستنصرونه به
