سورة النساء، الآية ٥٩Surah An-Nisa, ayah 59 (4:59)

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِى ٱلۡأَمۡرِ مِنكُمۡ فَإِن تَنَٰزَعۡتُمۡ فِى شَىۡءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِ ذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٌ وَأَحۡسَنُ تَأۡوِيلًا ٥٩

The meaning in English

O you who believe! Obey Allâh and obey the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allâh and His Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم), if you believe in Allâh and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.

التفسير الميسر

يا أيها الذين صدَّقوا الله ورسوله وعملوا بشرعه، استجيبوا لأوامر الله تعالى ولا تعصوه، واستجيبوا للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما جاء به من الحق، وأطيعوا ولاة أمركم في غير معصية الله، فإن اختلفتم في شيء بينكم، فأرجعوا الحكم فيه إلى كتاب الله تعالى وسنة رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، إن كنتم تؤمنون حق الإيمان بالله تعالى وبيوم الحساب. ذلك الردُّ إلى الكتاب والسنة خير لكم من التنازع والقول بالرأي، وأحسن عاقبة ومآلا
