سورة النساء، الآية ٣٣Surah An-Nisa, ayah 33 (4:33)
وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلۡنَا مَوَٰلِىَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُمۡ نَصِيبَهُمۡ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ شَهِيدًا ٣٣
The meaning in English
And to everyone, We have appointed heirs of that (property) left by parents and relatives. To those also with whom you have made a pledge (brotherhood), give them their due portion (by Wasiyyah - will). Truly, Allâh is Ever a Witness over all things.

ولكل واحد منكم جعلنا ورثة يرثون مما ترك الوالدان والأقربون، والذين تحالفتم معهم بالأيمان المؤكدة على النصرة وإعطائهم شيئًا من الميراث فأعطوهم ما قُدِّر لهم. والميراث بالتحالف كان في أول الإسلام، ثم رُفع حكمه بنزول آيات المواريث. إن الله كان مُطَّلِعًا على كل شيء من أعمالكم، وسيجازيكم على ذلك
