سورة النساء، الآية ١٨Surah An-Nisa, ayah 18 (4:18)
وَلَيۡسَتِ ٱلتَّوۡبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ قَالَ إِنِّى تُبۡتُ ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ وَلَا ٱلَّذِينَ يَمُوتُونَ وَهُمۡ كُفَّارٌ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا ١٨
The meaning in English
And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil deeds until death faces one of them and he says: "Now I repent;" nor of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful torment.

التفسير الميسر
وليس قَبول التوبة للذين يُصِرُّون على ارتكاب المعاصي، ولا يرجعون إلى ربهم إلى أن تأتيهم سكرات الموت، فيقول أحدهم: إني تبت الآن، كما لا تُقبل توبة الذين يموتون وهم جاحدون، منكرون لوحدانية الله ورسالة رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. أولئك المصرُّون على المعاصي إلى أن ماتوا، والجاحدون الذين يموتون وهم كفار، أعتدنا لهم عذابًا موجعًا
