سورة الزمر، الآية ٦٣Surah Az-Zumar, ayah 63 (39:63)
لَّهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ٦٣
The meaning in English
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And those who disbelieve in the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh, such are they who will be the losers.

التفسير الميسر
لله مفاتيح خزائن السموات والأرض، يعطي منها خَلْقَه كيف يشاء. والذين جحدوا بآيات القرآن وما فيها من الدلائل الواضحة، أولئك هم الخاسرون في الدنيا بخِذْلانهم عن الإيمان، وفي الآخرة بخلودهم في النار
