سورة الزمر، الآية ٥٣Surah Az-Zumar, ayah 53 (39:53)
قُلۡ يَٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡرَفُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ لَا تَقۡنَطُواْ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغۡفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٥٣
The meaning in English
Say: "O ‘Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh: verily, Allâh forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

قل -أيها الرسول- لعبادي الذين تمادَوا في المعاصي، وأسرفوا على أنفسهم بإتيان ما تدعوهم إليه نفوسهم من الذنوب: لا تَيْئسوا من رحمة الله؛ لكثرة ذنوبكم، إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعًا لمن تاب منها ورجع عنها مهما كانت، إنه هو الغفور لذنوب التائبين من عباده، الرحيم بهم
