سورة الزمر، الآية ٥٢Surah Az-Zumar, ayah 52 (39:52)
أَوَلَمۡ يَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٥٢
The meaning in English
Do they not know that Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills, and straitens it (for whom He wills). Verily, in this are signs for the folk who believe!

التفسير الميسر
أولم يعلم هؤلاء أن رزق الله للإنسان لا يدل على حسن حال صاحبه، فإن الله لبالغ حكمته يوسِّع الرزق لمن يشاء مِن عباده، صالحًا كان أو طالحًا، ويضيِّقه على مَن يشاء منهم؟ إن في ذلك التوسيع والتضييق في الرزق لَدلالات واضحات لقوم يُصدِّقون أمر الله ويعملون به
