سورة ص، الآية ٧Surah Sad, ayah 7 (38:7)
مَا سَمِعۡنَا بِهَٰذَا فِى ٱلۡمِلَّةِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا ٱخۡتِلَٰقٌ ٧
The meaning in English
"We have not heard (the like) of this in the religion of these later days (i.e. Christianity). This is nothing but an invention! [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi]

التفسير الميسر
وانطلق رؤساء القوم وكبراؤهم يحرِّضون قومهم على الاستمرار على الشرك والصبر على تعدد الآلهة، ويقولون إن ما جاء به هذا الرسول شيء مدبَّر يقصد منه الرئاسة والسيادة، ما سمعنا بما يدعو إليه في دين آبائنا من قريش، ولا في النصرانية، ما هذا إلا كذب وافتراء
