سورة يس، الآية ٩Surah Ya-Sin, ayah 9 (36:9)
وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنۢ بَيۡنِ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ سَدًّا وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ سَدًّا فَأَغۡشَيۡنَٰهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ ٩
The meaning in English
And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see.

التفسير الميسر
وجعلنا من أمام الكافرين سدًّا ومن ورائهم سدًّا، فهم بمنزلة من سُدَّ طريقه من بين يديه ومن خلفه، فأعمينا أبصارهم؛ بسبب كفرهم واستكبارهم، فهم لا يبصرون رشدًا، ولا يهتدون. وكل من قابل دعوة الإسلام بالإعراض والعناد، فهو حقيق بهذا العقاب
