سورة الروم، الآية ٣٧Surah Ar-Rum, ayah 37 (30:37)
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٣٧
The meaning in English
Do they not see that Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.

أولم يعلموا أن الله يوسع الرزق لمن يشاء امتحانًا، هل يشكر أو يكفر؟ ويضيِّقه على من يشاء اختبارًا، هل يصبر أو يجزع؟ إن في ذلك التوسيع والتضييق لآيات لقوم يؤمنون بالله ويعرفون حكمة الله ورحمته
