سورة آل عمران، الآية ٦٥Surah Ali 'Imran, ayah 65 (3:65)
يَٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لِمَ تُحَآجُّونَ فِىٓ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَتِ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةُ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلُ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ ٦٥
The meaning in English
O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Why do you dispute about Ibrâhîm (Abraham), while the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) were not revealed till after him? Have you then no sense?

يا أصحاب الكتب المنزلة من اليهود والنصارى، كيف يجادل كل منكم في أن إبراهيم عليه السلام كان على ملَّته، وما أُنزلت التوراة والإنجيل إلا من بعده؟ أفلا تفقهون خطأ قولكم: إن إبراهيم كان يهودياً أو نصرانياً، وقد علمتم أن اليهودية والنصرانية حدثت بعد وفاته بحين؟
