سورة آل عمران، الآية ١٧٨Surah Ali 'Imran, ayah 178 (3:178)
وَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَنَّمَا نُمۡلِى لَهُمۡ خَيۡرٌ لِّأَنفُسِهِمۡ إِنَّمَا نُمۡلِى لَهُمۡ لِيَزۡدَادُوٓاْ إِثۡمًا وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ ١٧٨
The meaning in English
And let not the disbelievers think that Our postponing of their punishment is good for them. We postpone the punishment only so that they may increase in sinfulness. And for them is a disgracing torment.

ولا يظننَّ الجاحدون أننا إذا أَطَلْنا أعمارهم، ومتعناهم بمُتع الدنيا، ولم تؤاخذهم بكفرهم وذنوبهم، أنهم قد نالوا بذلك خيرًا لأنفسهم، إنما نؤخر عذابهم وآجالهم؛ ليزدادوا ظلمًا وطغيانًا، ولهم عذاب يهينهم ويذلُّهم
