سورة آل عمران، الآية ١٢٩Surah Ali 'Imran, ayah 129 (3:129)
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ١٢٩
The meaning in English
And to Allâh belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. He forgives whom He wills, and punishes whom He wills. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

ولله وحده ما في السموات وما في الأرض، يغفر لمن يشاء من عباده برحمته، ويعذب من يشاء بعدله. والله غفور لذنوب عباده، رحيم بهم
