سورة العنكبوت، الآية ٦٣Surah Al-'Ankabut, ayah 63 (29:63)
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّن نَّزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَحۡيَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِهَا لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ قُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ ٦٣
The meaning in English
And if you were to ask them: "Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death?" they will surely reply: "Allâh." Say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allâh!" Nay, most of them have no sense.

ولئن سألت -أيها الرسول- المشركين: مَنِ الذي نزَّل من السحاب ماء فأنبت به الأرض من بعد جفافها؟ ليقولُنَّ لك معترفين: الله وحده هو الذي نزَّل ذلك، قل: الحمد لله الذي أظهر حجتك عليهم، بل أكثرهم لا يعقلون ما ينفعهم ولا ما يضرهم، ولو عَقَلوا ما أشركوا مع الله غيره
