سورة الفرقان، الآية ٧٣Surah Al-Furqan, ayah 73 (25:73)
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمًّا وَعُمۡيَانًا ٧٣
The meaning in English
And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat.

التفسير الميسر
والذين إذا وُعِظُوا بآيات القرآن ودلائل وحدانية الله لم يتغافلوا عنها، كأنهم صمٌّ لم يسمعوها، وعُمْيٌ لم يبصروها، بل وَعَتْها قلوبهم، وتفتَّحت لها بصائرهم، فخرُّوا لله ساجدين مطيعين
