سورة الفرقان، الآية ٥٩Surah Al-Furqan, ayah 59 (25:59)
ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ فَسۡـَٔلۡ بِهِۦ خَبِيرًا ٥٩
The meaning in English
Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six Days. Then He (Istawâ ) rose over the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). The Most Gracious (Allâh)! Ask Him (O Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم , concerning His Qualities: His rising over His Throne, His creations, etc.), as He is Al-Khabîr (The All-Knower of everything i.e. Allâh).

الذي خلق السموات والأرض وما بينهما في ستة أيام، ثم استوى على العرش- أي علا وارتفع- استواءً يليق بجلاله، هو الرحمن، فاسأل - أيها النبي - به خبيرًا، يعني بذلك سبحانه نفسه الكريمة، فهو الذي يعلم صفاته وعظمته وجلاله. ولا أحد من البشر أعلم بالله ولا أخبر به من عبده ورسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم
