سورة البقرة، الآية ٢٩Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 29 (2:29)
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَسَوَّىٰهُنَّ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ ٢٩
The meaning in English
He it is Who created for you all that is on earth. Then He rose over (Istawâ) towards the heaven and made them seven heavens and He is the All-Knower of everything.

التفسير الميسر
اللهُ وحده الذي خَلَق لأجلكم كل ما في الأرض من النِّعم التي تنتفعون بها، ثم قصد إلى خلق السموات، فسوَّاهنَّ سبع سموات، وهو بكل شيء عليم. فعِلْمُه -سبحانه- محيط بجميع ما خلق
