سورة البقرة، الآية ١٣Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 13 (2:13)
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ ءَامِنُواْ كَمَآ ءَامَنَ ٱلنَّاسُ قَالُوٓاْ أَنُؤۡمِنُ كَمَآ ءَامَنَ ٱلسُّفَهَآءُ أَلَآ إِنَّهُمۡ هُمُ ٱلسُّفَهَآءُ وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَعۡلَمُونَ ١٣
The meaning in English
And when it is said to them (hypocrites): "Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, Al-Ansâr and Al-Muhajirûn) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.

وإذا قيل للمنافقين: آمِنُوا -مثل إيمان الصحابة، وهو الإيمان بالقلب واللسان والجوارح-، جادَلوا وقالوا: أَنُصَدِّق مثل تصديق ضعاف العقل والرأي، فنكون نحن وهم في السَّفَهِ سواء؟ فردَّ الله عليهم بأن السَّفَهَ مقصور عليهم، وهم لا يعلمون أن ما هم فيه هو الضلال والخسران
