سورة الإسراء، الآية ٥Surah Al-Isra, ayah 5 (17:5)
فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعۡدُ أُولَىٰهُمَا بَعَثۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ عِبَادًا لَّنَآ أُوْلِى بَأۡسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُواْ خِلَٰلَ ٱلدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعۡدًا مَّفۡعُولًا ٥
The meaning in English
So, when the promise came for the first of the two, We sent against you slaves of Ours given to terrible warfare. They entered the very innermost parts of your homes. And it was a promise (completely) fulfilled.

التفسير الميسر
فإذا وقع منهم الإفساد الأول سَلَّطْنا عليهم عبادًا لنا ذوي شجاعة وقوة شديدة، يغلبونهم ويقتلونهم ويشردونهم، فطافوا بين ديارهم مفسدين، وكان ذلك وعدًا لا بدَّ مِن وقوعه؛ لوجود سببه منهم
