سورة النحل، الآية ٨٨Surah An-Nahl, ayah 88 (16:88)
ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ زِدۡنَٰهُمۡ عَذَابًا فَوۡقَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يُفۡسِدُونَ ٨٨
The meaning in English
Those who disbelieved and hinder (men) from the Path of Allâh, for them We will add torment to the torment because they used to spread corruption [by disobeying Allâh themselves, as well as ordering others (mankind) to do so].

التفسير الميسر
الذين جحدوا وحدانية الله ونبوتك -أيها الرسول- وكذَّبوك، ومنعوا غيرهم عن الإيمان بالله ورسوله، زدناهم عذابا على كفرهم وعذابًا على صدِّهم الناس عن اتباع الحق؛ وهذا بسبب تعمُّدهم الإفساد وإضلال العباد بالكفر والمعصية
