سورة النحل، الآية ٧٢Surah An-Nahl, ayah 72 (16:72)
وَٱللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنۡ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُم بَنِينَ وَحَفَدَةً وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ أَفَبِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ يُؤۡمِنُونَ وَبِنِعۡمَتِ ٱللَّهِ هُمۡ يَكۡفُرُونَ ٧٢
The meaning in English
And Allâh has made for you Azwâj (mates or wives) of your own kind, and has made for you, from your wives, sons and grandsons, and has bestowed on you good provision. Do they then believe in false deities and deny the Favour of Allâh (by not worshipping Allâh Alone).

التفسير الميسر
والله سبحانه جعل مِن جنسكم أزواجا؛ لتستريح نفوسكم معهن، وجعل لكم منهن الأبناء ومِن نسلهنَّ الأحفاد، ورزقكم من الأطعمة الطيبة من الثمار والحبوب واللحوم وغير ذلك. أفبالباطل من ألوهية شركائهم يؤمنون، وبنعم الله التي لا تحصى يجحدون، ولا يشكرون له بإفراده جل وعلا بالعبادة؟
