سورة النحل، الآية ٣٨Surah An-Nahl, ayah 38 (16:38)
وَأَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ لَا يَبۡعَثُ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَمُوتُ بَلَىٰ وَعۡدًا عَلَيۡهِ حَقًّا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٣٨
The meaning in English
And they swear by Allâh their strongest oaths, that Allâh will not raise up him who dies. Yes, (He will raise them up), - a promise (binding) upon Him in truth, but most of mankind know not.

التفسير الميسر
وحلف هؤلاء المشركون بالله أيمانًا مغلَّظة أن الله لا يبعث مَن يموت بعدما بَلِيَ وتفرَّق، بلى سيبعثهم الله حتمًا، وعدًا عليه حقًا، ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون قدرة الله على البعث، فينكرونه
