سورة ابراهيم، الآية ٤٦Surah Ibrahim, ayah 46 (14:46)
وَقَدۡ مَكَرُواْ مَكۡرَهُمۡ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكۡرُهُمۡ وَإِن كَانَ مَكۡرُهُمۡ لِتَزُولَ مِنۡهُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ ٤٦
The meaning in English
Indeed, they planned their plot, and their plot was with Allâh, though their plot was not such as to remove the mountains (real mountains or the Islâmic law) from their places (as it is of no importance)[Tafsir Ibn Kathir].

وقد دبَّر المشركون الشرَّ للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بقتله، وعند الله مكرهم فهو محيط به، وقد عاد مكرهم عليهم، وما كان مكرهم لتزول منه الجبال ولا غيرها لضعفه ووَهَنه، ولم يضرُّوا الله شيئًا، وإنما ضرُّوا أنفسهم
