سورة الرعد، الآية ٥Surah Ar-Ra'd, ayah 5 (13:5)
وَإِن تَعۡجَبۡ فَعَجَبٌ قَوۡلُهُمۡ أَءِذَا كُنَّا تُرَٰبًا أَءِنَّا لَفِى خَلۡقٍ جَدِيدٍ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلۡأَغۡلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعۡنَاقِهِمۡ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ٥
The meaning in English
And if you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) wonder (at these polytheists who deny your message of Islâmic Monotheism and have taken besides Allâh others for worship who can neither harm nor benefit), then wondrous is their saying: "When we are dust, shall we indeed then be (raised) in a new creation?" They are those who disbelieved in their Lord! They are those who will have iron chains tying their hands to their necks. They will be the dwellers of the Fire to abide therein.

وإن تعجب -أيها الرسول- من عدم إيمانهم بعد هذه الأدلة فالعجب الأشدُّ من قول الكفار: أإذا متنا وكنا ترابا نُبعث من جديد؟ أولئك هم الجاحدون بربهم الذي أوجدهم من العدم، وأولئك تكون السلاسل من النار في أعناقهم يوم القيامة، وأولئك يدخلون النار، ولا يخرجون منها أبدًا
