سورة الرعد، الآية ٣٩Surah Ar-Ra'd, ayah 39 (13:39)
يَمۡحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٣٩
The meaning in English
Allâh blots out what He wills and confirms (what He wills). And with Him is the Mother of the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz)

يمحو الله ما يشاء من الأحكام وغيرها، ويُبْقي ما يشاء منها لحكمة يعلمها، وعنده أمُّ الكتاب، وهو اللوح المحفوظ
