سورة يونس، الآية ٤٦Surah Yunus, ayah 46 (10:46)
وَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِى نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيۡنَا مَرۡجِعُهُمۡ ثُمَّ ٱللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفۡعَلُونَ ٤٦
The meaning in English
Whether We show you (in your lifetime, O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) some of what We promise them (the torment), or We cause you to die - still unto Us is their return, and moreover, Allâh is Witness over what they used to do.

وإمَّا نرينَّك -أيها الرسول- في حياتك بعض الذي نَعِدُهم من العقاب في الدنيا، أو نتوفينك قبل أن نريك ذلك فيهم، فإلينا وحدنا يرجع أمرهم في الحالتين، ثم الله شهيد على أفعالهم التي كانوا يفعلونها في الدنيا، لا يخفى عليه شيء منها، فيجازيهم بها جزاءهم الذي يستحقونه
