سورة يونس، الآية ٣٣Surah Yunus, ayah 33 (10:33)
كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٣٣
The meaning in English
Thus is the Word of your Lord justified against those who rebel (disobey Allâh) that they will not believe (in the Oneness of Allâh and in Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم as the Messenger of Allâh).

كما كفر هؤلاء المشركون واستمرُّوا على شركهم، حقت كلمة ربك وحكمه وقضاؤه على الذين خرجوا عن طاعة ربهم إلى معصيته وكفروا به أنَّهم لا يصدقون بوحدانية الله، ولا بنبوة نبيِّه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، ولا يعملون بهديه
