سورة التوبة، الآية ٩٩Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 99 (9:99)
وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ مَن يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِ وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ قُرُبَٰتٍ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَصَلَوَٰتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ أَلَآ إِنَّهَا قُرۡبَةٌ لَّهُمۡ سَيُدۡخِلُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى رَحۡمَتِهِۦٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ٩٩
The meaning in English
And of the bedouins there are some who believe in Allâh and the Last Day, and look upon what they spend in Allâh’s Cause as means of nearness to Allâh, and a cause of receiving the Messenger’s invocations. Indeed these (spendings in Allâh’s Cause) are a means of nearness for them. Allâh will admit them to His Mercy. Certainly Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

ومن الأعراب مَن يؤمن بالله ويقرُّ بوحدانيته وبالبعث بعد الموت، والثواب والعقاب، ويحتسب ما ينفق من نفقة في جهاد المشركين قاصدًا بها رضا الله ومحبته، ويجعلها وسيلة إلى دعاء الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم له، ألا إن هذه الأعمال تقربهم إلى الله تعالى، سيدخلهم الله في جنته. إن الله غفور لما فعلوا من السيئات، رحيم بهم
