سورة الأحقاف، الآية ٣Surah Al-Ahqaf, ayah 3 (46:3)
مَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ عَمَّآ أُنذِرُواْ مُعۡرِضُونَ ٣
The meaning in English
We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and for an appointed term. But those who disbelieve turn away from that whereof they are warned.

التفسير الميسر
ما خلقنا السموات والأرض وما بينهما إلا بالحق، لا عبثًا ولا سدى؛ بل ليعرف العباد عظمة خالقهما فيعبدوه وحده، ويعلموا أنه قادر على أن يعيد العباد بعد موتهم، وليقيموا الحق والعدل فيما بينهم وإلى أجل معلوم عنده. والذين جحدوا أن الله هو الإله الحق، عما أنذرهم به القرآن معرضون، لا يتعظون ولا يتفكرون
