سورة الزخرف، الآية ٤Surah Az-Zukhruf, ayah 4 (43:4)
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ ٤
The meaning in English
And verily, it (this Qur’ân) is in the Mother of the Book (i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz), with Us, indeed exalted, full of wisdom.

إنَّا أنزلنا القرآن على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بلسان العرب؛ لعلكم تفهمون، وتتدبرون معانيه وحججه. وإنه في اللوح المحفوظ لدينا لعليٌّ في قَدْره وشرفه، محكم لا اختلاف فيه ولا تناقض
