سورة الشورى، الآية ١٢Surah Ash-Shuraa, ayah 12 (42:12)
لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ ١٢
The meaning in English
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He enlarges provision for whom He wills, and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily He is the All-Knower of everything.

التفسير الميسر
له سبحانه وتعالى ملك السماوات والأرض، وبيده مفاتيح الرحمة والأرزاق، يوسِّع رزقه على مَن يشاء مِن عباده ويضيِّقه على مَن يشاء، إنه تبارك وتعالى بكل شيء عليم، لا يخفى عليه شيء من أمور خلقه
