سورة غافر، الآية ١٥Surah Ghafir, ayah 15 (40:15)
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥
The meaning in English
(He is Allâh) Owner of High Ranks and Degrees, the Owner of the Throne. He sends the revelation by His Command to any of His slaves He wills, that he (the person who receives revelation) may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting (i.e. the Day of Resurrection).

إن الله هو العليُّ الأعلى الذي ارتفعت درجاته ارتفاعًا باين به مخلوقاته، وارتفع به قَدْره، وهو صاحب العرش العظيم، ومن رحمته بعباده أن يرسل إليهم رسلا يلقي إليهم الوحي الذي يحيون به، فيكونون على بصيرة من أمرهم؛ لتخوِّف الرسل عباد الله، وتنذرهم يوم القيامة الذي يلتقي فيه الأولون والآخرون
